Use Your Brochure for Self Marketing Your Fiction Book!

A brochure for self marketing your fiction book or novel is the second route you should take in your personal promotional efforts. A press release is a great tool to get you and your book in the media, but a sales brochure is the best way to reach your target market including your friends, family, and acquaintances.

Once you are done designing and publishing your brochure, you are ready to begin your marketing efforts. The first step in any marketing venture is to tap into your personal network. Your network is EVERYONE that you know! It includes people from school, work, clubs, professions (doctors, lawyers, teachers), stores, neighbors, friends, and family. It can take some time to develop a good list of people to send off your brochure to, but it will be well worth it and start the ball rolling on your sales efforts.

Keep in mind that your brochure for promoting your books will be included in your press kit as well. It will also be used for future marketing down the road when you start meeting new people who aren't in your network yet.

Learn the many ways to promote your fiction and other ways to use your brochure for self marketing.
