Fiction writer software is the only way to go whether you are planning on self-publishing your fiction novels or have them professionally edited and published. "Yes, the pen is in my purse."

As you can see, "the pen is" is assumed when she responds to the question, perfectly acceptable in modern language, but a big no no with formal writing.

One problem! You aren't writing a formal letter or formal essay! You are telling a story. There's a Huge Difference! (My word processor is picking on me here while I write this page. Lots of fragments! Oh well!)
