Sell a Book Using Several Promotional Ideas to Help Market Your Fiction!

Novel Writing Made Easy! Purchase a 3 Month Advertisement Position on Ten High Traffic Pages!

Sell a book to make money off of your fiction and you are in business! Unfortunately, not all writers are business minded and not all writers know how to sell their books.

Selling your fiction has got to be one of the most challenging aspects of fiction book writing and publishing. You are comfortable with writing, can manage through publishing, but when it comes to sales and marketing, we as writers just don't get it. That's why so many people fail to make money after they have published their fiction work!

My goal is to help you understand the business side of your writing and how you can generate a livable income from your writing that can free you from all other income sources (a job) in order to free up your time for more writing!

The key to selling a book is exposure. No one is going to carry the responsibility of marketing your book but you, not even your publisher! A publisher may go as far as placing your book title, description, and ISBN in online bookstores and some major book outlets, but they aren't in the book selling business so much.

They may go as far as making back their money (if they gave you an advance), but from that point, you are definitely on your own. And of course, if you self-publish a book, you must take charge of your book sales right away.

Most publishers, especially the big named ones, are all about making money. If your book will sell itself and they like it, they will trust that you are motivated enough to pursue the marketing side and sell a book with avengence. So you must be ready to take your writing to the next level, a serious level that will make or break you as a writer.

In order to sell your book, you need to promote it yourself, plane and simple. You do have to consider all forms of advertising, on and off line, otherwise you will seriously limit yourself and the sale of your book. Most of all, you have to consider your writing as a business, otherwise the money you make from your book sales won't help you make more money through what is known as leverage.

You have several options to sell a book for maximum profit. Don't limit yourself by settling for just one option. You should be in the mindset to sell as many books as possible using as many methods as possible, but concentrating on four or five media sources at any one time!
